"Rock Island Union: Prof. Otto's juvenile orchestra on Wednesday evening [23 January 1895] gave a musicale at the residence of Mr. and Mrs. A. Mosenfelder. The orchestra is composed of Gabie, Simon and Blanche Mosenfelder, Carrie, Sam and James Smythe, Keith Collings, Mattie Jones and Morris and Elsa Simon. About fifty friends of the young folks were present, and were delighted with the choice musical program rendered by them. The evening's entertainment included a recherche collation served by the hostess.
