[S54] Conclusion, The possibility was considered that Antonio and Raffaele were actually brothers, that Raffaele died, and that Carmela D'Auria (also noted as Davio and Davide) subsequently remarried. The records for the neighborhoods in Naples where the Viscazziero (Viscalzieri) family lived, including, specifically, Chiaia, San Fernando and Montecalvario were searched for records that would support this hypothesis. Based on the records of the children's births, this would have occurred between 1828 and 1832. No such records were found however. The most interesting records concern Crescenzo Viscaziero, born in February 1832 who died in 1834. His death record notes his parents as being Antonio Viscanzia [sic] and Carmina Davio and that he was two and a half years old. The only birth record that seems to fit this Crescenzo is the one that shows his parents as Raffaele Viscazziero and Carmela Davide. The discrepancy in his parents's names is noted, however the family was living at Vico Salata 14 when he died. This is the same address noted in the birth of the family's next son, also named Crescenzo, only seven months later..
